Alice is the COO of Unicorn Capital Partners responsible for the supporting the business and operations of the firm. She has extensive experience in office setup and operations, people management, as well as business development in the investment fund related industries. Prior to Unicorn, Ms. Chan served as the founding member and Head of Asia Private Equity Services of Silicon Valley Bank Hong Kong Representative Office. Before her SVB HK tenure, Ms. Chan was Head of Private Equity and Real Estate of Alternative Investment Solution Team at State Street Bank (“State Street”) in Hong Kong whom established the new private equity fund administration operations in HK for the bank and had spent the following 5 years managing the business development and operational functions in Greater China. Prior to State Street, Alice co-founded and managed the Client Onboarding Solutions Delivery Team for Fortis Prime Fund Solutions at Fortis Bank. Alice received her BA in Economics and Business Administration from Newcastle University, England. She is also a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountant of England and Wales.
